Content of stays
Eligible activities include job shadowing, expert training, study visits, workshops, or seminars at universities, companies, non-profits, or other organisations active in education, research, or youth work.
Please note:
- Language courses are not a priority of the program; after approval by the CZS, only professionally focused courses related to the employee's job description can be funded.
- Consultation with your direct superior is required before applying.
- At this stage, it is not necessary to upload an invitation letter; the Mobility Agreement will be completed only after approval.

Key requirements
- Stays must be carried out at universities with which your department holds an Erasmus+ agreement and there is availability for Spring 2026. Contracts can be checked in the application form or via ISOIS Agreements (filters: Erasmus+ EU contracts, faculty, department).
- Minimum duration: 2 consecutive days (8 hours/week).
- Maximum duration: usually up to 10 days – based on the Erasmus+ agreement
- Combination with training is possible (minimum 4 hours of teaching/week), using the STA application form.
- You can submit two applications in each round of the selection process, for a total of four applications, but priority will be given to two applications per academic year. Additional applications will be marked as reserves and approved only if sufficient funds are available.
- Mandatory: a preliminary letter of acceptance must be attached to the application, stating the month of mobility. A template is available in the last step of the e-application; an e-mail can also be attached if it contains all the necessary information (your name, the month and year when the mobility is to take place, the type of mobility – teaching).
