Advancement of courses on semiconductor physics and technology

This educational subproject “Advancement of courses on semiconductor physics and technology” within the educational Work Package 3 of the ACDRC project focuses on the development of semiconductor-oriented components of current laboratory courses in condensed matter physics and on the formation of a new course of semiconductor physics and technology for master students of informatics (and other inter-ested students without a university-level background in physics). The project will allow to complement the current laboratory equipment with new tools, mainly for electrical measurements and characterization of semiconductor devices and for structural characterization of semiconductor materials. The necessary doc-umentation for the practical tasks will be updated accordingly. The outputs of the project will be readily available for students of the laboratory courses and of the new course.
